Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Installation Specialist to analyze service contracts, develop operational procedures and provide technical support.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in oil and gas engineering or electrical engineering to contribute to the success of our organization. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling boarding activities for offshore teams; maintaining communication interface between customers sending, controlling and receiving requests for shipment and demands that can be communicated by the end customer; assisting in the internal mobilization of adequate resources for the execution of the contractual scope of services for customer service as described in the Service Specifications; developing project schedules using the MS Project tool.

  • Plan and schedule boarding activities for offshore teams;

  • Assist in the internal mobilization of adequate resources for the execution of the contractual scope of services for customer service as described in the Service Specifications;

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive in improving processes and mitigating risks, and have a strong focus on results. They should also demonstrate exceptional interpersonal relationships, teamwork attitude, and hands-on approach to problem-solving. Additionally, they should have basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, familiarity with the SAP System, and intermediate English language proficiency.

Requirements
  • Graduation in Oil and Gas Engineering or Electrical Engineering;
  • Good communication skills;

  • Office pack;
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001;
