Visual Effects Artist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Effects Artist to join our global team. This is an exciting opportunity for a pioneering individual who wants to shape the future of the media and entertainment industry.

About the Role:

This is a remote position where you will be part of an international group with offices worldwide. As a Visual Effects Artist, you will have career growth and development opportunities in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.

  • Take ownership of visual effects creation, including particles, fluids, and other effects for 3D and 2D games within Unity or Unreal.
  • Solve complex technical challenges related to VFX, adopting and enforcing cutting-edge technologies.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in modern game engines (Unity, Unreal), Adobe Creative Cloud, Substance designer, 3Ds max, Maya, or Blender.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently own and deliver high-quality visual effects projects.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex technical problems.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in the video game industry in a similar role.
  • Solid portfolio/reel showcasing your work.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Extensive experience with game engines (Unity, Unreal).
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic programming skills in C# and/or Blueprints.
  • Shader creation via code or authorizing tools (Shadergraph, Amplify).
  • Fluid, Pyro, and RBD simulations skills (Houdini, Embergen, Blender).
  • 2D drawing skills.
