Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in Cloud Services Operations
  • At least one year of experience leading and managing development teams
  • Expert-level knowledge in cloud administration, including user management, field and object configuration, page layout customization, and data management
  • Advanced proficiency in creating and maintaining workflows, automations, and process logic
  • Proven ability to gather and interpret business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
  • Experience in designing scalable solutions tailored to business needs
  • Track record of managing ERP-related projects, including planning and execution phases
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including stakeholder interaction and the development of training resources
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues
  • Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher
