  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with content creators and producers in Brazil.
  • Ensure representation of the top 200 most listened podcasts in Brazil across our platform.
  • Promote and achieve company penetration goals in the Brazilian podcast market.
  • Present compelling content options for creating original and exclusive podcasts on our platform and secure necessary agreements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and new opportunities in the Brazilian podcast market.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Brazilian podcast market or audio industry.
  • High degree of agility using content management systems.
  • Proven experience working in cross-cultural and international environments across time zones.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous deadlines and work streams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.
