This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with exceptional communication skills who can provide seamless support to homeowners and internal teams.
The Owner Relations Specialist will be the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring timely and professional handling of their inquiries and requests. This involves effective communication, coordination, and record-keeping to maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between homeowners and our internal teams
- Handle homeowner inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure homeowners are updated on property matters and requests are addressed in a timely manner
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and guest communication teams to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Excellent English (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer relations is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
