This IT Analyst SAP position is a critical component of the Agco team, responsible for leading the effort to understand the company's business needs and identify solutions to meet those needs. The role encompasses systems and data-related activities, as well as business responsibilities, including providing support for project work, ongoing day-to-day operational needs, and performing data analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with key business resources on requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user acceptance, implementation, and documentation.
- Understand and translate business concepts to executable functional designs, ensuring functional designs are executed as a viable solution to the business concept.
- Develop and keep updated, functional design documents and testing scripts, ensuring scripts are aligned with current system design and business practices.
- Configure, test, and train during SAP projects following the Agco methodology.
- Plan, prepare, and execute unit, integration, and support user acceptance testing.
- Understanding and solid experience with the following SAP modules: QM - Quality Management (mandatory) and PM - Plant Maintenance (is a plus).
- Experience with functional configuration and system design knowledge in the assigned modules, with some cross-functional awareness of components that interact with the assigned function.
- Detailed knowledge of the IT change management process, problem management procedures, multiple business processes from an IT perspective, and all systems being and their impact on the business both regionally and globally.
- Good working knowledge of the day-to-day operational environment locally, regionally, and globally, the roles and responsibilities of the key IT staff members regionally and globally.
- Warehouse Management/Extended Warehouse Management knowledge is a plus.
- Complete Bachelor's Degree in IT or related area.
- Advanced or Fluent English skills are mandatory (speaking, listening, writing).
