We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team.
About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who are passionate about creating innovative solutions. As a Product Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of our product and ensuring its success in the market.
Responsibilities- Deeply understand labor benefits laws and the payments business ecosystem;
- Hold good relationships with stakeholders by understanding their needs and expectations;
- Ensure that all demands are aligned with our business proposition;
- Work hand-in-hand with the UX team to deliver a high-quality user experience;
- Convert our goals into a concise and cross-aligned product roadmap;
- Become the strategic link between business and engineering to ensure that what is being delivered has business value;
- Cultivate a strong agile culture between Engineering and Product teams;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experience working with agile methodologies;
- Knowledge of product development principles and practices;
