Common Back Office Operations Specialist

UNDP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Common Back Office Operations Specialist to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficacy of UN operational services and UNDP Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the provision of high-quality services to UNDP clients.
- Collaborate with UN agencies and personnel to ensure full adherence and implementation of Common Back Office services.
- Ensure compliance with UN/UNDP rules, regulations, and policies.
- Analyze and improve workflows, definition, and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the provision of services provided by UNDP/CBO.
- Work closely with the UNDP's Operations Manager and CBO Manager for Brazil to report to the CBO Country Governance Board (CGB) and the Operations Advisory Group (OAG).
- Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, International Relations, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in management services and operational systems, establishing strategic relationships.
- Strong experience in building and maintaining partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
- Proven experience in data analysis and elaboration of SOPs and KPIs.
- Experience in the use of computers, office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.), database packages, and web-based management systems such as ERP.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English languages is required. Fluency in Spanish is considered an advantage.
