About Sweden's IT sector, a growing need for skilled engineers is prevalent. The Swedish Statistical Central Bureau projects that approximately 30,000 such professionals will be required by 2030. Currently, our clients in Sweden have around 200 open positions for software engineers. As a senior headhunter, your role will involve locating suitable candidates who are willing to relocate to Sweden.

You will work closely with a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden, as well as the Swedish delivery management team, which handles relocation logistics. This includes obtaining visas, work permits, arranging travel, and securing housing.

Our clients operate primarily within fields like software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development. Your collaboration with colleagues from various countries, including Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam, will be key to executing this role effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit top talent for Sweden-based roles across diverse sectors.
  • Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden, fostering trust to facilitate successful relocations.
  • Coordinate relocation logistics with the global recruiters and Swedish delivery management team.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities with international colleagues.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience, managing expectations throughout the process.
Necessary Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT sector or similar technical fields.
  • A robust network of local engineering talent within the IT industry.
  • Strong service orientation, flexibility, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated expertise and high-quality brand awareness.
  • Familiarity with headhunting principles and the concept of IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
  • An upper intermediate level of English proficiency.
  • Familiarity with contemporary IT technologies and methods, with the ability to learn new ones.
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to identify and close recruitment requests.
  • Self-confidence, happiness, sociability, and high self-motivation.
  • The ability to persist in the face of challenges, taking 'no' as a reason to try harder.
  • A passion for success, balanced with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsiveness and responsibility, coupled with a professional appearance.
Employment Details
  • Duration: Start immediately, full-time position.
  • Contract type: Private Entrepreneur, minimum 12 months.
  • Working hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime compensation: 1:1 in flexible arrangements.
  • Location: Remote work or co-location centers.
  • Economy: Remuneration starting at $1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Holidays and vacations: Free national holidays with maintained payment, 20 paid vacation days.
  • Additional benefits: Paid travels, housing, and per diem allowances.
