About the Position: We are seeking a senior content manager to oversee content strategies for our business unit. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, innovation, and effective communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage content writers and freelancers, defining needs, conducting interviews, and providing ongoing feedback.
  • Define quarterly KPIs, conduct capabilities checks, and organize regular reviews to ensure team effectiveness and development.
  • Develop content strategies, create content briefs, and generate content plans aligned with business objectives and sales priorities.
  • Evaluate content against user intent, E-E-A-T guidelines, and internal guidelines for compliance.
  • Stay informed about regulations and ensure all content is compliant with operator and country guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge, experience, and understanding of betting-related content creation, lingo, and quality standards – both Sports and Casino – Mandatory
  • Strong knowledge and experience with on-page SEO – essential
  • Native level of English language coupled with strong writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, persuasive, and engaging content – a must
  • Solid experience in content writing for SEO purposes
  • Practical knowledge of CMS (WordPress)
