EHSQ Program Specialist

A Professional in Implementation and Configuration of Solutions is needed to join our team. This individual will work with customers across various industries, helping them achieve their health and safety goals by implementing and configuring solutions effectively.

• The implementation consultant will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the solution meets customer requirements while adhering to scope, budget, and schedule.
  
• This role involves managing customer and internal project team relationships, communicating effectively throughout the project, and keeping both parties informed about project status and tasks.
  
• The consultant will lead onsite and remote meetings, workshops with the customer's project team, gathering requirements, and conducting configuration reviews to ensure the solution aligns with customer needs.
  
• Offering solutions when faced with challenges or scope adjustments is essential, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and project goals.
  
• The consultant will contribute to the development and management of change orders, providing estimations and recommendations for navigating scope, budget, and timeline changes effectively.
  
• Performing solution testing, coordinating with quality assurance teams, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the customer are also key responsibilities.
  
• Developing and delivering custom training programs during project implementations is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Additionally, this role assists Support teams with resolving customer configuration defects and requires infrequent travel (up to 20%) to customer sites.

• 5+ years of experience in technical implementation consulting for SaaS solutions is required.
  
• Hands-on experience with software and integration configuration, including coding (e.g., XML/HTML), is necessary.
  
• Good understanding of cloud technology principles and service delivery organization targets is expected.
  
• Proven ability to analyze complex enterprise-level challenges and deliver innovative, practical solutions is essential.
  
• Candidates should demonstrate a passion for customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and delivering positive outcomes.
  
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to present business and project solutions effectively to diverse audiences, are necessary.
  
• Skilled at identifying obstacles, troubleshooting issues, and seeking support when needed, candidates should be proactive and able to engage deeply with customers.
  
• Ability to adapt to changing situations, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively as part of a global team is crucial.
  

• Within one month, new hires will participate in corporate onboarding, departmental onboarding, and work with an onboarding mentor.
  
• Within two months, they will complete key departmental onboarding assignments, start a project, and take on ad-hoc customer-facing or behind-the-scenes work.
  
• Within four months, new hires will fully ramp up, achieving role-specific critical metrics and targets.
  
• Within one year, they will effectively manage four or more concurrent projects, guide customers toward standard methodologies, and become an onboarding mentor themselves.
