About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at LHR Americas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing transactions, and driving growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Development: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential targets, evaluate business plans, and develop negotiation strategies to secure successful transactions.
  • Joint Venture Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue joint venture opportunities, manage the execution of these projects, and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue for our clients, including market analysis, financial modeling, and commercial negotiations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and advisors.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance from a recognized international program.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business development, with a strong background in joint venture transactions.
  • Certifications: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
