- In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering technical support to customers across various industries.">
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide in-depth technical assistance to customers via on-site and virtual means.">
- Develop a thorough understanding of customer design requirements, identify new business opportunities, and engage with customers to capture additional projects.">
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and product teams, ensuring seamless design-in to design-win conversions.">
- Deliver training sessions to customers, partners, and distributors on our products and technologies.">
- Monitor the competitive landscape, gather market intelligence, and stay up-to-date on emerging trends.">
- Maintain strong technical expertise, particularly in embedded systems and MCU products.">
Qualifications:
">- ">
- Proven experience in the electronics industry, with a focus on Arm Cortex-M based microcontroller products. Familiarity with RISC-V ISA is a plus.">
- Strong ability to read, understand, and develop C/C++ code for Arm microcontrollers.">
- Knowledge of operating systems such as FreeRTOS.">
- Proficiency with IDE tools, including Keil uVision v5 and IAR Embedded Workbench.">
- Ability to read electronic design schematics, use measurement instruments, and familiarity with EDA tools.">
- Experience with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Motor Control solutions.">
- Independent, analytical, and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.">
- Willingness to travel regionally to support customers.">
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English; Spanish a plus.">
- High integrity, proactive, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.">
Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field. Master's degree preferred; other technical or business degrees considered with relevant experience.">
