Job Overview:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the full spectrum of Human Resource and Finance Administration, encompassing work-pass applications, training & development, performance appraisals, employment letters, interviews, compensation, HR P-Files, leave, benefits & welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support human resource functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, training, and development.
  2. Administer finance and accounting tasks, including statutory payments, government claims, and levy waiver.
  3. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge in finance and accounting, as well as HR functions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Spreadsheet, Word Processing, Microsoft Access, HR P-Files, and Accounting Software.

Working Environment:

The candidate will be working in a fast-paced industry environment, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
