We are seeking a highly skilled Security Manager to lead our security operations in Brazil. This role is responsible for protecting Goodyear associates, contractors, visitors, property, and brand.
About the RoleThe Security Manager will oversee all site security operations, investigations, supply chain security services, travel safety initiatives, and business continuity initiatives throughout Brazil. They will maintain C-TPAT and AEO program compliance, manage security training programs, and oversee 3rd party security providers.
Main Responsibilities- Protect Goodyear assets and employees from internal and external threats
- Manage security operations, including investigations and supply chain security services
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards (C-TPAT, AEO)
- Develop and implement security training programs
- Serve as liaison with local, state, and national government agencies
- Minimum 5 years' experience in similar positions
- Experience working in law enforcement, military, or security management capacity
- Required: Security/Law Enforcement/Military Experience
This position requires frequent travel and may involve working in challenging environments.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of R$250,000 - R$350,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
