We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fitter Machinist to provide technical services through plant and machinery installation, maintenance, repair, and technical support to our clients.
This is a senior position, and the successful candidate will be supervising and leading a maintenance team locally, and on occasion nationally and internationally.

Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is R 60,000 per month, based on industry standards and the location of the job.
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Fitter Machinist to provide technical services through plant and machinery installation, maintenance, repair, and technical support to our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervising and leading a maintenance team locally, and on occasion nationally and internationally.
- Providing technical services through plant and machinery installation, maintenance, repair, and technical support to our clients.
- Identifying health and safety hazards and assessing risks in the workplace.
- Implementing workplace procedures in accordance with Health and Safety requirements at customer sites.
- Implementing stipulated quality assurance, control standards, and procedures.
- Planning and executing small plant installation, maintenance, and shutdown work projects.
- Determining spare parts, tools, and equipment required for a job.
- Carrying out planned maintenance work in accordance with given schedules and standards.
- Fault finding and repairing machinery.
- Inspecting, auditing, and reporting on the condition of plant and machinery.
