Job Summary.

We're seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to lead the implementation of modifications and upgrade projects in our fleet. You'll work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to contractual and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Lead the complete project life cycle for Brownfield initiatives in SBM's offshore units.
  • Develop budgets, cost estimations, and business cases.
  • Ensure effective communication across various internal Projects' members and stakeholders.
  • Delegate tasks to team members to enable quick and well-informed decisions.
  • Support the PMT members to remain focused on Project Objective.
  • Manage specific tasks when required, organizing, controlling, and reporting as needed.

Requirements.

  • Degree in Mechanical, Marine, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or similar.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in leading projects in O&G offshore industry or Construction in Shipyards.
  • Knowledge in various disciplines such as construction, electrical, instrumentation, piping, and structural.
  • Knowledgeable in FPSO vessels and marine systems.
  • Experience with Brownfield Projects is an advantage.
  • PMP certification or Postgraduate degree in Project Management is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbally and in writing.
