Internal Control Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Mapped business processes within scope, created flowcharts, and assisted in designing internal controls and risk assessments;
• Supported the development of narratives for SOx and non-SOX processes;
• Assisted in creating policies and procedures with involved departments;
• Supported organizing agendas with internal and external audits;
• Monitored business teams during audits;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Coursing graduation in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering or related fields;
• Basic knowledge in Excel and Office Suite;
• Interest in areas such as internal controls, audit or compliance;
• Good communication, organization, and attention to details;
• Advanced English proficiency;
• A differential consideration will be given to knowledge in process mapping tools like Bizagi or Visio.
