PurposeIDentify, analyze, and manage business opportunities in the Food Service channel by developing specific strategies for each client segment, aligned with the company's objectives.
Main Responsibilities- Supports the management of key accounts and coordinates client routines to achieve goals related to volume, NSV, profit, and working capital.
- Contributes to the Food Service portfolio strategy (Direct and Indirect), detailing future growth opportunities and initiatives required to meet objectives, in addition to seeking new business partnerships.
- Develops, monitors, and analyzes business performance indicators and reports, supporting decision-making and aligning necessary actions with the team.
- Prepares proposals for new businesses/projects, in line with the defined scope strategy and priorities, and develops these business proposals over time.
- Provides analytical support to the Regional Management in executing area projects, as well as building budget and forecast information for the area.
- Develops and controls the quarterly ROI schedule, detailing forecasts and the historical effectiveness of expenditures.
- Interfaces and reports on projects with the global team (Headquarters - United Kingdom).
The ideal candidate will have advanced English skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a Bachelor's degree completed, experience in Food Service, negotiation techniques, opportunity awareness/analysis, information/data monitoring and analysis, health plan, dental plan, life insurance, private pension, meal voucher, free parking or transportation voucher, and Wellhub - Gympass benefits.
