Talent Acquisition Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our recruiting team, you will be responsible for delivering excellence throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle.

  • Lead strategic sourcing strategy to ensure quality outcomes and timely delivery.
  • Maintain and evolve knowledge of external trends in recruiting to drive excellence in approach.
  • Develop employer branding activation plan for aligned team, encouraging innovative techniques that bring brand to life.
  • Identify opportunities to automate selection processes and leverage AI for speed and efficiency.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in 360 recruiting within a global organization, preferably in healthcare or medical technology.
  • History of leading concurrent hiring, resources, priorities, and business partners.
