Job Title: Senior Treasury Executive

This senior-level position oversees cash and liquidity management, banking relationships, risk mitigation, and treasury strategy in Brazil.

The successful candidate will have experience in treasury or corporate finance, including leadership roles, and proficiency in treasury systems such as Oracle, SAP, or OneStream, and advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor daily cash positions and forecast short- and long-term liquidity needs
  • Manage intercompany funding, capital repatriation, and ensure sufficient operational funding
  • Oversee bank account administration, including maintenance and compliance controls
  • Lead risk mitigation strategies, including hedging currency and interest rate exposures
  • Collaborate with corporate finance teams on capital planning and investment strategies
  • Drive continuous improvement of treasury processes, tools, and reporting systems
  • Develop and mentor the treasury team to foster operational excellence and growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in treasury or corporate finance, including leadership roles
  • Experience managing banking operations and liquidity in a multinational environment
  • Proficiency in treasury systems such as Oracle, SAP, or OneStream, and advanced Excel skills
  • Fluency in English with the ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts across diverse audiences
