Hurricane Change Agent
About the Role:We seek a seasoned expert to spearhead our healthcare consulting initiatives. As a change agent, you will empower leaders, clinicians, and employees to drive innovation and achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
You will lead and direct complex performance improvement engagements, ensuring successful client outcomes through analytical and critical thinking. Effective communication is crucial for understanding client challenges and delivering impactful solutions.
Your expertise in change management and ability to influence positive change in dynamic environments will be instrumental in driving growth and sustainability.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of consulting and/or performance improvement experience in Pharmacy, with a proven track record of leading hospital operations or consulting projects focused on pharmacy. Direct supervisory experiences and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience in a matrixed organization or cross-functional team environment, as well as project leadership and workplan management experience within a consulting firm setting.
Competitive compensation package includes an estimated base salary range of $190,000 - $235,000 and total estimated compensation range of $237,500 - $317,250, inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity.
