Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI/LLM Engineer to join our team building backend features for a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) service. The primary focus will be on designing and developing scalable search systems using OpenSearch, along with optimizing RAG models for large-scale medical and scientific documents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and Developing Scalable Search Systems: Build and optimize RAG models for search across large-scale medical and scientific documents using Python development experience.
  • RAG Model Optimization: Work on semantic chunking strategies, improving the automated evaluation pipeline, and fine-tuning LLMs for textual RAG use cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess 1+ years of experience as a Search Engineer or AI Engineer. Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to work independently while providing clear updates to the team. Familiarity with LangChain for building LLM workflows using tools, memory, and retrieval is also required.
