About the RoleThe Finance Intern will report to the Global Accounts Administrative Project Manager and work closely with the North America team and/or the EMEA team to execute administrative accounting tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who are curious about how a global finance organization works and want to participate in projects that will have a lasting impact.
Key Objectives- Accounts Receivable (AR): Issue sales invoices, process customer payments, and connect with customers to facilitate timely collections.
- Account Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, vendor payments, and log entries in the accounting system. Assist the team with managing cash flows.
- Local sales/use/VAT tax filings.
- Ad hoc administrative support: Assist with AP/AR reports, sales/use tax filings, and manage customers' vendor/payment portals.
- Maintain Finance Confluence page.
- Bachelor's degree in progress (Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields).
- Detail orientation and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong team player who is comfortable working as part of a team and working with professionals in different locations.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Availability to work as an intern for 02 years.
- Availability to work for 6 hours a day.
