We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team at inDrive. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing accurate financial information to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all payments, including online banking transactions;
- Interact with outsourcers and provide them with primary documentation;
- Control outsourcers in terms of accounting methodology and tax reporting;
- Monitor and verify outsourcers for financial reporting;
- Reconcile accounts and transactions, including expense reports and payroll files;
- Reconcile with vendors and ensure timely payment of taxes;
- Prepare financial statements and reports, including group reporting;
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards;
- Collaborate with the finance team to achieve financial goals and objectives;
- Higher education in accounting or finance;
- At least 7 years of accounting experience, preferably in international companies;
- Deep knowledge of IFRS and accounting regulations;
- Fluent knowledge of English and Portuguese;
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Netsuite;
- Knowledge of AP systems and expense management systems;
