Responsibilities:

Assist with organizing work schedules for security, general services, and maintenance roles.

Provide exceptional client service and respond to queries promptly.

Patrol condominiums and ensure all areas are secure and clean.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.

Valid CNH B and a driver's license are essential.
