Craft Scent Specialist

Job Summary:

• Cultivate innovative fragrance solutions for diverse clients by developing winning products.

• This position involves collaborating closely with skilled perfumers to shape fragrance development strategies and anticipate business requirements.

• Drive business growth by overseeing proactive and reactive fragrance development projects of significant size and strategic importance, while creating olfactory visions at regional and global levels.
• Identify business opportunities.
• Maintain a global fragrance development network by providing vision, strategy, and focus, as well as communicating effectively internally and externally.
• Establish, implement, and monitor relevant action plans that engage regional FDMs, perfumers, and other relevant functions.
• Support sales efforts by interacting with clients on a weekly basis, building strategic relationships, delivering impactful presentations, and acting as an olfactive advisor when required.

• Prior experience in fragrance development, preferably in Body Care category.
• A winning team spirit.
