Senior MEP Project Manager Position

A renowned organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for high-profile projects in the UAE.

This on-site role requires relocation to the UAE and involves overseeing all MEP works to ensure timely, safe, and compliant project execution. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and authorities while managing design coordination, documentation, budgeting, and health & safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • MEP Project Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of MEP activities, from installation through commissioning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with Construction, Commercial, Design, and Planning teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Maintain regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement across MEP procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and engage MEP staff while promoting efficient workflows and clear communication.
  • Contractual Management: Ensure contractual obligations are met, support cost/time claims, and manage document approvals.
  • Subcontractor Oversight: Supervise subcontractor progress, safety adherence, and delivery of finalized records and approvals.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP and construction management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
