About the Role

This position involves collaborating with global teams to implement and maintain a Tier 0 vendor Secrets Management application, primarily focusing on core platform integration with Cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent English communication abilities, and experience in change management, system monitoring, and vendor collaboration for issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with vendors to integrate third-party software into corporate computing environments.
  • Install, configure, and deploy software applications.
  • Configure shared services such as web servers, databases, and licenses.
  • Coordinate testing and troubleshooting with domain experts.
  • Develop scripts to deliver applications efficiently.
  • Optimize system performance.
  • Review and update application documentation with application and user support contacts.
  • Collaborate within a global IT organization to resolve complex issues.
  • Coordinate and communicate with team members throughout software development and support cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with change management procedures.
  • Assess and mitigate application security exposures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Intermediate server administration skills (Windows, Linux).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
  • AWS and Azure experience, including resource management and configuration.
  • Strong programming skills for scripting and developing code, with knowledge of Rest APIs.
  • DevOps tools, technologies, and best practices, including GitHub Actions/ADO Pipelines and CICD.
  • Design patterns and strategies for implementing complex solutions.
  • Vault/consul management and HashiCorp Terraform programming.
