We are seeking a Lead Therapeutic Specialist to join our team. As a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, we are developing next-generation, programmed T cell therapies for the treatment of cancer.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pioneering team working on innovative cancer treatments.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in therapeutic development and a proven track record of fostering relationships with Apheresis, Cell Lab and Treatment Centre Staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic relationships with Apheresis, Cell Lab and Treatment Centre Staff for assigned regions.
- Collaborate with Clinical and Commercial CAR-T teams to establish apheresis collection footprints to support clinical trial site plans.
- Coordinate internal team efforts and collection site staff to ensure all collection sites are onboarded and prepared within required timelines.
- Communicate collection site onboarding status to Clinical teams and develop mitigation plans for delayed timelines.
- Perform technical site assessments and train collection centre staff on collection requirements.
- Support Quality Assurance by participating in deviation activities and impact assessments.
- Monitor vendor performance and capacity after site launch.
- Manage process changes at assigned sites and collect VOC/VOB feedback for continuous improvement.
- Represent the department on cross-functional project teams.
