**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Consultant to support our sales team in providing IT infrastructure solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, driving growth in assigned accounts
  • Lead account planning, identify opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions
  • Analyze complex technical problems and create innovative solutions that meet commercial expectations

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure (servers, storage, backup, networking)
  • In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, etc.) and virtualization (VMware, Red Hat, Nutanix, Hyper-V)
  • Ability to design and present technical solutions to clients, with clear communication skills
  • Effective teamwork skills, collaborating with sales and engineering teams

**Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with cloud computing solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and sales technical certifications
  • Previous experience in pre-sale roles or technical support with a sales focus

**Work Arrangements:**

Able to work in a hybrid format (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)

**Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • MBA or similar is a plus
