Chief Engineering Leader

We are developing a cutting-edge Online Booking Tool from the ground up using innovative technologies to guide travelers, enable informed decision-making and support business objectives related to policy compliance and cost management.
As a seasoned Software Architect, you will spearhead the design and architecture of new features in collaboration with technical product management, adopting cloud-first principles and leveraging technologies like containerization, serverless architecture, and NoSQL data stores.
You will lead the execution of enterprise cloud initiatives to deliver on security, compliance, and infrastructure goals with engineering program management (FedRAMP, PCI, SOC1, SOC2, etc.).
Ensure that technology decisions align with established architecture standards and strategies.
Develop and implement cross-team engineering proposals as part of the Area Principals group or independently.
Design and implement services in GO, Kotlin, Java, and deploy them using Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, and AMI-based pipelines.
Own cloud services end-to-end, designing distributed systems and architecting using AWS services and best practices such as zero-downtime production deployments, canaries, frequent deployments, and feature-flag-driven development.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
