Job Overview

As a senior AI engineer, you will play a crucial role in leveraging artificial intelligence to drive business growth and efficiency. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify opportunities for AI adoption and develop solutions that align with our core goals.

This is a technical, high-impact role where you will scope, prototype, and deploy AI-powered tools and frameworks. You will help shape our AI strategy, implement cutting-edge technologies like LangChain or Crew AI, and integrate AI across our key platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML engineering, backend automation, or AI systems integration. They will be familiar with agent frameworks, such as LangChain, AutoGen, or Crew AI, and have experience working with GPT, embeddings, RAG, and vector databases. Strong API integration skills and proficiency in Python are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, scope, and implement AI-powered tools and frameworks.
  • Build generative AI models and pipelines for tasks like candidate scoring, internal search, and onboarding flows.
  • Integrate core systems into scalable workflows.
  • Automate business processes to reduce manual effort and increase throughput.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Growth to prioritize and execute high-leverage automation initiatives.
  • Stay up to date on emerging AI trends and provide recommendations on integration feasibility.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, backend automation, or AI systems integration.
  • Proven expertise in agent frameworks, GPT, embeddings, RAG, and vector databases.
  • Strong API integration skills and proficiency in Python.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into technical system design.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working fully remote and aligned with US time zones.
