Salesforce Specialist Position

We're seeking a seasoned expert in Salesforce to design and implement cutting-edge solutions that seamlessly integrate AI-driven technologies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing cross-platform integrations using RESTful APIs to drive innovation across the platform.
- Architecting workflows that incorporate large language models (LLMs) and AI services into business processes.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation for all customizations and integrations.
- Leading technical solution design sessions with stakeholders.
- Managing API integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Designing complex validation rules, formula fields, and flows.
Requirements include:
- At least 3 years of experience with the Salesforce platform.
- Proven expertise in integrating AI/LLM services into business workflows.
- Experience working with Sales Apps like ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LI Navigator.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JavaScript, and integration concepts.
- Proficiency in Flow Builder and process automation tools.
- Understanding of Apex concepts is desirable.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components is also desirable.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and release management.
- Salesforce certifications: Administrator and Platform App Builder are mandatory.
