Digital Marketing Automation Platform Developer

The primary objective of this role is to design, build, and maintain a core digital marketing automation platform.
- Develop backend applications and microservices utilizing Go or Python with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Collaborate with Kubernetes and Argo Workflows with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Employ strong communication skills, be a fast learner, and exhibit self-motivation.
To excel in this position, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Platform engineering expertise with a focus on scaling distributed systems.
- Experience with Kubernetes extension systems, including CustomResourceDefinitions and controllers.
- Proficiency in SQL.
A successful candidate will have a solid understanding of:
- Common open-source development workflows.
- Machine learning development tooling.
- AdTech domain knowledge.
This strategic role combines deep technical expertise with business acumen to drive measurable business outcomes. As a key member of the engineering team, you will enhance and maintain a core business management application, collaborate closely with data scientists and business stakeholders, and launch features that directly improve the application's functionality and profitability.
