**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Coordinator
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our products.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow their expertise in quality assurance and make a meaningful contribution to our organization.
- Grow your expertise: Interact with experts from various fields and gain hands-on experience with our products.
- Develop your skills: Participate in testing activities, analyze user stories, and review test cases.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the test strategy, approach, means, planning, and quality level needed to go live with our products. They will also coordinate day-to-day testing activities, including prioritization of test executions, review of defects, interaction with vendors and stakeholders, and administration of Jira and Confluence pages/dashboards.
Key Responsibilities- Define Test Strategy: Develop a comprehensive test strategy that aligns with our product goals and objectives.
- Coordinate Testing Activities: Plan, execute, and monitor test cases to ensure high-quality products.
- Analyze Defects: Identify and prioritize defects, work with development teams to resolve issues, and track progress.
- Maintain Test Environment: Ensure the test environment is set up and maintained to support efficient testing.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with IT, telco, product, and business experts to derive key criteria guaranteeing quality.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in typical testing tools and software applications.
