Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international shipping regulations and compliance requirements.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Prepare documents for customs clearance.
- Negotiate shipping rates and service contracts with carriers.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Chinese export procedures.
- Ability to work in a part-time capacity.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
