We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in program management and be proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel advanced formulas.

Job Description

The Program Manager will work closely with our clients to deliver transformational digital solutions. This includes creating Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs), reviewing PRs and POs for policy, coding, and compliance, and ensuring timely approvals and PO issuance.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for facilitating Goods Receipt through Advanced Shipment Notification and Lease Exhibit processing, validating received Invoices against the contractual amount, and escalating any issues to stakeholders as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diligent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Proficient in Google Docs and Google Slides/Powerpoint
  • Advanced English is required
  • A four-year college degree is required
