Job Description

The Senior Analyst will support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs in Brazil. This role involves close collaboration with HR, finance, and external vendors to manage pay structures, salary reviews, and benefit offerings.

  • Conduct market studies, analyzing salary surveys to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop, update, and manage job structures, salary plans, and short-term incentive programs.
  • Support salary review processes, promotions, merit increases, bonuses, and internal adjustments, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.

As a Senior Analyst, you will:

Required Skills and Qualifications

4+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits administration within a multinational organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Compensation or Benefits are a plus.
  • Strong experience with compensation analysis and pay structure administration.
