Editorial Role

The role of an editor in our organization is pivotal to the success of our editorial voice and direction. As an editor, you will play a key role in developing the regional brand's content strategy, ensuring high-quality articles and features are created, uploaded, and published on time.

You will be responsible for overseeing content for the Brazil region, managing news flow, and contributing to multimedia projects. Your primary goal will be to shape the editorial voice, create engaging content, and grow the audience reach.

To achieve this, you will use analytics and dashboards to monitor KPIs, optimize content, and make data-driven decisions. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date content management systems, ensuring SEO optimization, and minimizing legal or reputational risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Development: Create/upload articles and features that align with the company's house style and are optimized for SEO.
  • Performance Analysis: Use analytics and dashboards to monitor KPIs, optimize content, and grow audience reach.
  • CMS Leadership: Manage and maintain content management systems, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and timely publication.
  • Multimedia Participation: Contribute to podcasts, video content, and other multimedia projects.
Requirements:
  • Must be based in Brazil
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism
  • Proven experience as an Editor in a B2B environment
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS)
  • Familiarity with SEO and social media best practices
