Logistics Training Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and deliver training programs for our logistics operations. This role is responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of our global logistics teams by creating tailored training modules that align with international best practices.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in supply chain management, international trade regulations, and logistics operations. They will be responsible for conducting new hire training programs, designing training content, and ensuring compliance with global trade regulations and customs requirements.

  • Design and implement training programs for logistics personnel across multiple regions.
  • Conduct new hire training programs as per the training agenda and ensure timely completion of trainings.
  • Develop training modules and update materials to reflect the latest logistics practices.
  • Manage the training program in accordance with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate trainees and provide feedback on their performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address skill gaps and enhance training efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
  • Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Ariba) and Google Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different time zones.
