About the Role



We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Executive to spearhead our Direct Sales efforts in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with digital ad agencies in Brazil, identifying new business opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies to drive growth.



Key Responsibilities




  • Close trading agreements with digital ad agencies in Brazil
  • Build and manage a pipeline of clients in Brazil
  • Conduct research to identify potential target clients and determine their needs
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to win new business
  • Present Refinery89's value proposition to clients and agencies and explain the benefits of partnering with us
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads


Requirements




  • At least 5 years of experience in digital display and video ad sales
  • Existing network with connections in agencies and direct clients in Brazil
  • Knowledge of the programmatic marketplace and landscape
  • Unmatched communication and negotiation skills
  • An unstoppable drive to succeed and achieve what you set out to do
  • Excellent social and interpersonal skills
  • Native Portuguese and excellent English oral and written skills
