We're seeking a highly motivated Graduate Software Engineer to join our team of talented professionals.

This role involves driving innovation and shaping the future of our products through collaborative efforts with global teams every six months.

  • Focusing on design and user experience, even for developer tooling and command line applications is key in this position
  • Develop high-quality, resilient, and performant code that serves millions of demanding daily users worldwide
  • Working towards mastery of programming languages such as Python, Rust, C/C++, Golang, JavaScript, or Java is essential
  • Engage with users and the open source community through code reviews and issue trackers
  • Responding to customer issues as a priority, developing an understanding of enterprise requirements is vital
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software applications using various programming languages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and functionalities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, secure, and scalable software systems
  • Engage with users and the open source community through code reviews and issue trackers
Requirements
  • A strong academic record from both high school and university
  • An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or another STEM discipline with relevant programming courses
  • Experience with Ubuntu or another Linux distribution
  • A track record of consistently achieving outstanding results and exceeding expectations
