Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Java Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the development team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance, large-scale solutions for leading organizations.

You will work closely with international teams to design, implement, and deploy cutting-edge applications using Java and Kafka. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing robust, scalable, and efficient Java applications.
  • Implementing enhancements, performing thorough testing, and deploying new features.
  • Participating in solution architecture design and supporting technical decisions.
  • Ensuring applications align with business goals and standards.
  • Collaborating with global teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Identifying inefficiencies and proposing infrastructure and process improvements.
  • Contributing to the evolution of CI/CD pipelines and internal workflows.

Strong communication skills, especially in English, are essential for daily collaboration with global teams. You should be proficient in Java (Java 8 or above), have hands-on experience with Kafka, and basic knowledge of Unix and SQL. Familiarity with GIT, SVN, SDLC processes, and CI/CD practices is also necessary. Experience with Restful APIs, Python/Shell scripting, and automated deployments is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Java programming skills (Java 8 or above).
  • Experience with Kafka.
  • Basic knowledge of Unix and SQL.
  • Familiarity with GIT, SVN, SDLC processes, and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in English.
