Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Project Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our projects, ensuring accurate budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and maintain project budget and cost control procedures
- Review project CBS (Cost Breakdown Structure) and ensure compatibility with WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
- Consolidate, control, and coordinate all budget and cost monitoring activities related to the project
- Ensure accurate tracking and validation of project activities for invoicing purposes
- Analyze and estimate cost deviations/impacts based on potential slippage and critical path deviations
- Compare actual costs to LOP, annual costs, and deviations
- Coordinate and consolidate project costs reporting within the project organization and for external stakeholders
- Provide assistance to the Project Manager and Project Control Manager for all matters related to budget and cost reporting, analyses, and simulations
- Participate in reviews and technical audits on cost activities
- Provide detailed and accurate monthly cost reporting
- Collaborate with Project Planning Engineer for validation of contractor invoicing linked to progress and milestones
- Assist Affiliate FINANCE structure (Cost Control, Accounting, Payments) for integration of project cost reporting and invoicing treatment
- Monitor RFS costs and payment schedule
Requirements:
- Particularly good knowledge of SAP System
- At least 10 years' experience in large oil & gas projects with strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; excellent communication skills
- Full proficiency of Excel
