Content Manager

About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Content Manager to drive our regional content strategy from planning to execution. This includes managing our editorial calendar, optimizing performance across key channels, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

This is a hands-on and strategic role, ideal for someone who combines editorial excellence, technical affinity, and a performance mindset.


Key Responsibilities
  • Content Calendar Management: Own and manage the content calendar for Brazil.
  • Content Development: Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-performing content assets that support the full funnel.
  • Localization: Lead localization and adaptation of content created by other teams, ensuring cultural and technical relevance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to produce bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) assets.
  • Account-Based Marketing: Support account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation initiatives.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze content performance metrics to inform future production and optimization.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to scale output without losing quality.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience managing B2B content in SaaS or industrial technology.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead editorial planning and coordinate content workflows.
  • Writing Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, especially in simplifying technical topics.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with SEO tools and CMS platforms.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Data-driven mindset, with experience measuring content impact.
  • Autonomy: Highly autonomous, organized, and deadline-driven.
