Jr Pharmaceutical Safety Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Jr Pharmacovigilance Analyst. This exciting role will be responsible for managing and delivering excellence in assigned projects, focusing on Market Research.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Manage customer interface and communication for assigned projects, representing the organization on Market Research projects
• Oversee Pharmacovigilance deliverables for assigned projects and maintain continuity through project design and delivery
• Ensure accountability for Local Pharmacovigilance and support regional teams in processing Adverse Events from Market Research, collaborating with leadership to implement compliance initiatives and ensure global consistency
• Manage quality for assigned projects, contributing to local and global Market Research team engagement with Quality Management metrics and policies
• Support Market Research and Consulting business by using standard operating procedures and best practices, focusing on Pharmacovigilance perspectives, ESOMAR and GDPR, including identifying potential risks during project initiation and implementing mitigation measures to ensure seamless delivery at maintenance stage
• Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders, providing project status updates and defining processes
• Contribute to client audits and inspections for assigned projects, liaising with Quality Assurance staff and management in compiling Corrective Action Plans
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Health Science or directly related field
• At least 1 year of experience in Lifecycle Safety (Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, Risk Management etc)
• Knowledge of applicable global, regional, and local Pharmacovigilance regulations
• Creative and innovative, initiative-driven, and proactive
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong prioritization, planning, and organizational skills
• Power query and excel skills would be an asset
• Availability to work 4 days onsite in São Paulo/SP
