We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the Procurement Analyst position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing suppliers, generating Request For Quotation (RFQ), negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance to category strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sourcing and contracting based on business needs in line with supplier management strategies.
- Ensure adherence to supplier base plan, supplier management processes, contracts, and best practices.
- Deliver training and support to end-users on relevant tools.
- Participate in target follow-up and corrective action, communicating results and acting as a proactive partner.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or current university studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. Global or international experience in sourcing contracting and supplier base management is preferred. Fluency in English language (written and spoken) is required. An intermediate level of Spanish language (written and verbal) is also beneficial. Knowledge of IT system SAP Ariba is an asset.
