Job Summary:

Schneider Electric - Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Digital Grid Business Unit. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading assigned project teams, ensuring project scope is delivered on time, within approved budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including project schedule and budget.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
  • Manage and lead project core team members, coordinating their day-to-day activities.
  • Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders, including project core team members, customer project managers, and solution center stakeholders.
  • Escalate project issues when necessary and run change management and change order processes.
  • Participate in business gates for FAT/SAT/Go-Live milestones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Systems, Computers, etc.)
  • Advanced English skills
  • Spanish language is a plus
  • Team (people) management experience
  • Project Management experience in large projects
  • Ability to lead a multicultural and multi-country team
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of an organization
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • MBA in Project Management and/or PMP certificate
