Pricing Analyst

H.B. Fuller is seeking a skilled Pricing Analyst to drive and implement core pricing processes, ensuring pricing integrity across the organization. This key role will work closely with cross-functional teams to support strategies and execute price lock activities, analyze root causes of price locks, and recommend ways to reduce them.

• Coordinate and execute price lock activities to ensure efficient processing of customer order price overrides.
• Analyze and identify root causes of price locks, recommending ways to reduce them.
• Support strategies to ensure the integrity of all pricing and offer-related elements.
• Drive adoption of the FLIP tool as the primary price change mechanism, training new users and creating FLIP access requests.
• Support efficient utilization of pricing processes across all business segments and channels.
• Proactively identify potential issues with the FLIP tool and work closely with the Pricing Excellence Team to communicate these issues.
• Ensure accuracy and speed of follow-up to address customer concerns or committed timelines.

• Complete Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, with ability to coordinate across multiple business lines and geographies.
• Fluency in English is mandatory for this position.
• Solid skills with Microsoft Office applications, data warehouse, and ERP systems, preferably experience with SAP.
• Effective communication across different cultures and geographies.
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
